Payment Options
For online orders accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, bank checks, purchase orders, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, and Venmo. For in-person orders in our Santa Clara, CA facilities we also accept cash payments in addition to the other options. It’s important to know that when using the bank transfer, purchase order, or bank check options your order will not ship until funds have cleared the bank.
Sales Tax
California residents pay a sales tax on products sold. There is no tax on shipping.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of product shipment. Returns must be in as-new resalable condition and returned with all originally provided packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. A 15% restocking fee is charged for returns.
Electrical items are not accepted for return.
If an error has occurred and the wrong product was shipped then Elephant Racing will bear the cost of return shipping.
Warranty
Elephant Racing manufactured products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when they leave our facility. Claims must be made within 30 days from shipment. Defective products may be replaced, repaired or refunded at Elephant Racing’s sole discretion.
Elephant Racing makes no claim of fitness for any purpose. Circumstances of customer product use are beyond our control. As such we make no warranty against failure during use.
Third party manufacturers may provide warranty directly for products re-sold by Elephant Racing. Elephant Racing provides no additional warranty for third party products.
Disclaimer
Auto racing is an inherently dangerous activity that can lead to loss of property, personal injury or death. Elephant Racing accepts no liability for damages resulting from use of its products.
The use of the name Porsche in descriptions by Elephant Racing is for the sole purpose of description and in no way infers or intends a direct connection between Elephant Racing and Porsche A.G.
Free Shipping FAQs
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Place an order that totals $400 or more of parts and services, you get free shipping on that order. The $400 threshold is net of any discounts and before shipping is added.
Who is eligible?
• Retail customers, World Wide.
• Commercial accounts, World Wide.
• Commercial account drop shipments to locations outside of the US are not eligible.
What class of service will I get?
Ground for shipments to North America and lowest cost service for Europe, Australia, Asia, South American and rest of world.
What if I need it faster?
You may choose a faster class of service and pay the freight.
What products are eligible?
Everything we offer. Products shipped as exchange or replacement are not eligible.
What about shipping insurance?
Shipping insurance is included.
What about import duty, taxes and fees?
Customer is responsible for any applicable duty, customs, brokerage fees and taxes.
