Our System achieves any spacer size by combining Base Spacers with Spacer Shims. When you are stuffing the widest tires under your fenders or achieving the perfect stance, every millimeter counts.
1. Choose the Base Spacer closest to your desired fit
2. Add Shim Spacers to achieve perfect fit. Shim Spacers can be stacked up to 10mm high, 5mm behind and 6mm in front.
Don't know exactly what you need? Adjustable Tuner kits are also available. Tuner kits include an assortment of shim spacers which will provide up to 11mm of adjustment in 1mm increments
Spacers fit Porsche vehicles that use a 5x130mm bolt pattern and a 71.5mm center bore. The wheel spacer hub ring maintains the factory hub dimensions and does not negatively affect wheel fitment.
The spacers are machined from lightweight aluminum with recessed cutouts to further reduce weight. Elephant Racing Wheel Spacers' precise fit will ensure a smooth and vibration free ride.
Hub-Centric Base Spacers are available in four sizes and can be used with or without shim spacers
Note: 7mm, 10mm Base Spacers fit rear wheels only on '65-'89 911/912/930.
Spacer shims are available in three sizes and can be used independently, or in conjunction with Elephant Racing wheel spacers to achieve a desired offset. Shims can be stacked up to 11mm (5mm behind and 6mm in front) and still maintain the hub centric functionality of the hub or wheel spacer.
Adding wheel spacers reduces the amount of stud threads available for the nut to tighten down on... the wheel studs used with your wheel spacers must be long enough to ensure that at least nine turns of the nut are completed before securing the wheel to the hub. We offer standard factory style wheel studs and racing style wheel studs with a bullet-style lead to speed lugnut installation and reduce the chance of cross-threading.
Minimum stud bolt length (sp) is calculated using the following formula: New Stud or Bolt length (mm) = Existing Stud or Bolt length (mm) + Total wheel spacer height (mm)
Longer studs may be used with steel open end lug nuts.
Standard studs are available in 48mm, 52mm, 54mm, 56mm, 66mm, 72mm, 80mm and 100mm lengths. An approximate stud minimum length can be determined from the table below.
Bullet studs have a "bullet" style lead and are available in 48mm, 52mm, 54mm, 56mm, 66mm, 72mm, and 80mm lengths. An approximate stud minimum length can be determined from the table below.
Bullet style studs require steel open end lug nuts.
