and hoses Squeezing
them in

The passenger side cooler will mount
conventionally, with only minor differences in hose routing.
This is with the cooler in the upright position, fittings on
top. The driver side cooler will be inverted,
fittings on the bottom. The inverted mounting
makes for easy hose routing.
The
coolers will be connected in parallel, and connect to hard lines in
the passenger wheel well.

Passenger side cooler uses
standard mounting hardware. Shown here are the upper
bracket which attaches to the headlight bucket, lower
bracket which attaches to the chassis, and the rubber
isolators.
|
 |
Driver
side cooler is mounted upside down. Use a factory
passenger side "L" bracket to mount the top
(normally used on the bottom for passenger side cooler).
Use rubber isolators between the bracket and cooler.

This
is the driver side cooler viewed from the front of the
car. Fabricate a lower bracket as shown to bolt
to existing holes. Use a rubber isolator.
Note with cooler is upside down, the hoses are easily routed
forward and across the car.
|
 |
The
two hoses route across the car to the passenger
side. Use adel clamps to secure them. The
coolers are in series.

Passenger
side cooler viewed from the wheel well. Note
hose routing. Short hose directly to the hard line in
the wheel well, long hose from other hard line over to
driver side cooler, then final hose connecting both
coolers. Use 90 degree hose end to route hose to the
outside of the car, down and across to driver side cooler.
