Easy-to-order complete kits for 911

Here's an easy way to get all the parts for adding / upgrading a 911 external oil cooler. Cars with no external oil cooler will need our Oil Cooler Plumbing Kit which provides the pipes, hoses, thermostat and clamps from the engine up to the front fender.  Then choose a Fender-Mount Cooler Kit, a Center-Mount Cooler Kit, or both.

Fender-mount 911 oil cooler kit

Add a fender-mounted oil cooler to 65-83 911.  Kit includes a Widemouth Carrera cooler, mounting kit and stone guard.  This is a great upgrade for the SC "loop" cooler.

For connection to existing brass oil lines in the front fender, either factory or finned oil lines. If your car has no external cooler now, you will also want our Oil Cooler Plumbing kit.

Fittings are high-flow factory-type 30mm throughout, no restrictive AN fittings or adapters are used.   Don't settle for inferior solutions!

Center-mount 911 oil cooler kit

Add a center-mounted oil cooler to 65-89 911 for maximum cooling.  This is a great solution for race cars and 3.6 liter conversions.  Available with a full-size STD-172 cooler or the smaller STD-150.

For connection to existing brass oil lines in the front fender, either factory or finned oil lines. If your car has no external cooler now, you will also want our Oil Cooler Plumbing kit.

Fittings are high-flow factory-type 30mm throughout, no restrictive AN fittings or adapters are used.   Don't settle for inferior solutions!

Notes - A suitable front bumper/valance is required, not included.   STD-150 coolers require 20 inches of width in the front valance.  STD-172 coolers require 26 inches of width.  Installer will need to fabricate mounting brackets based on valance and space requirements. For mounting in series with a fender-mount cooler you must substitute 1 90 degree hose end for 1 straight hose end, call.  Hose is cut-to-length based on final oil cooler mounting position and hose-ends crimped on. RS air duct is a highly recommended addition to this kit.

Oil Cooler Plumbing kit

Take the guesswork out of installing an external oil cooler in your 911. This complete kit provides the basic plumbing and clamps from the engine up to the front fender.  Combine this with our Fender-Mount Cooler Kit, our Center-Mount Cooler Kit, or both and you have a complete solution.

Fittings are high-flow factory-type 30mm throughout, no restrictive AN fittings or adapters are used.   Don't settle for inferior solutions!

This kit can be used with all 911 from 65-77 except 72.  Call for 72 solutions.  Pre-73 cars will require additional parts to connect case and oil tank, call for details.
