30mm Metric Hose Ends for Porsche fitment

We have straight, 45 and 90 degree 30mm (thread size) metric hose ends that fit 72 to 89 Porsche 911/930 oil coolers, thermostats, case fittings and more. Use our hose ends to build custom hoses. 

This same 30mm size is typically used for 65-71 911s when retrofitting and external oil cooler.

Our 30mm hose ends are crimp-on-type and have hose barb for use with 22mm or 7/8 inch ID hose.    All hose ends include one crimp collar and one tube nut. 

Crimp collars fit 32mm OD hoses including all on this page, and may be ordered separately.    Crimping requires a specialized tool and can be performed by Elephant Racing or a local hydraulic hose repair shop or many automotive AC repair shops.

AN-16 Hose Ends for Porsche fitment

Need to mix AN-16 and 30mm metric fittings on the same car or even the same hose?  We have it covered.   Choose from straight, 45 and 90 degree AN-16 metric hose ends that fit the same hoses listed below. 

These hose ends fit the same 22mm or 7/8 inch ID hose as our 30mm metric hose ends.   That let's you make a single hose with 30mm fitting on one end and AN-16 on the other.   You can then connect AN-16 coolers and fittings to your 30mm Porsche cooling system without the need for adaptors.

Our AN-16 hose ends are crimp-on-type and have hose barb for use with 22mm or 7/8 inch ID hose. The appearance is visually similar to our 30mm hose ends.   All hose ends include one crimp collar and one tube nut.

Hose for fabricating Porsche type oil lines

Bulk oil hose available by the foot.   22mm (7/8ths) ID fits 30mm metric hose ends and AN-16 hose ends listed on this page. 

Black Cloth Oil Hose - Hose has an outer sheath of black cloth with a green ribbon.  Internal core is reinforced with a wire mesh for superior abrasion protection and crush resistance.   The outer cloth prevents chaffing of contacted bodywork.   Rated for motor oil, 5000 psi, and 300F.

Braided Steel / Zinc RSR Oil Hose - This is the exact hose used in the 73 RSR racecars.  Hose has an outer sheath that is zinc plated steel, with an orange ribbon.   Zinc plating has a dull finish that is retro-original.  This is what you want for an RSR restoration or re-creation.  Rated for motor oil,  5000 psi, and 300F.

Lightweight Oil Hose - Black fiber outer sheath has a green and orange ribbon.  Similar to the Black Cloth Oil Hose, but does not have an internal wire mesh.  Rated for motor oil, 5000 psi, and 300F.
