Oil Fittings and Unions

We have a variety of fittings and unions to attach your hoses to oil coolers, engine case, and more. 

M22 to 30mm fitting - Straight-cut male M22 thread fits the engine case scavenge port, carrera and C2/993 oil coolers, setrab and mocal coolers with threaded fittings.  M22 side uses the included crush washer to seal.   30mm side fits 30mm hose ends.

M22 to 30mm low profile Setrab fitting - Straight-cut male M22 thread fits Setrab and Mocal oil coolers.   Also fits the engine case scavenge port, carrera and C2/993 oil coolers. 

This special low-profile fitting is about .25 inches shorter that our standard M22 to 30mm fitting and provides superior clearance for hose ends.  M22 side uses the included crush washer to seal.   30mm side fits 30mm hose ends.  

M22 to AN fittings - AN fittings are available in choice of size from AN-4 to AN-16.  Straight-cut male M22 thread fits the engine case scavenge port, Carrera and C2/993 oil coolers with threaded fittings, Setrab, and Mocal oil coolers.  M22 side uses the included sealing ring.   AN side fits standard AN hose ends.

M26 to 30mm fitting - Straight-cut male M26 thread fits the 1972 Porsche 911 oil filter console and is used to convert the console to be a thermostat.  M26 side uses the included crush washer to seal.   30mm side fits 30mm hose ends.

30mm to 30mm Union - Useful for attaching two 30mm female threaded hose ends together.  Union has 30mm male threads on both sides.

Oil Fitting Adapters

911 cars through '71 and all 914/6 cars have 26mm fittings on the oil tank.  This presents a problem when retrofitting a '72 and later 911 motor that use 30mm oil hoses.

These 26mm-to-30mm adapters solve this.  They have female 26mm threads that connect directly to the 26mm male fitting on your pre-72 911 or 914/6 oil tank. The other side is male 30mm threads and connects directly to 30mm female threaded hose ends.
