If you are installing SSI/early exchangers/ headers with the '74-'89 external thermostat and oil cooler system you need to choose from  following to connect thermostat to engine and oil tank:

 This is correct for all 911 '65-'89 except '72.   Call for '72 kits.

These parts are fully interchangeable, you can use any combination together.

Part number 0180000 Universal Crossover Pipe passes over the transaxle and offers superior ground clearance.   It works with all clutches including '70-'71 "pusher" style.   It works with SSI/ headers and all factory heat exchangers.   Cars that expect to switch between heat exchanger types (emissions testing) cam use this part allowing the exchangers to be swapped without the need to swap the oil lines.  0180000 does not work with G50 transaxles.

Part number 1-9110773910 Engine Crossover Pipe passes beneath the transaxle.   It will not work with the '70-'71 "pusher" style clutch assembly.   It will not work with '75-'89 factory heat exchangers.

Part numbers 0200000, 0200001 and 0210000 are "high clearance" oil lines.    These connect the oil tank and crossover pipe to the thermostat and route above the wheel arch to create added clearance for wide tires.    These are especially critical for pre-72 cars which have less oil line clearance than do the later cars.   

Pre 72 cars have 26mm fittings at the engine case. If so equipped, replace the case fitting with our 30mm Widemouth fitting part number 0101100.

Pre 72 cars have 26mm fittings at the oil tank. If so equipped, use our 26mm to 30mm adapter part number 0121100 to convert to 30mm and use 1-9110773011 tstat to oil tank, or use the 0200001 High Clearance oil line which comes equipped with a 26mm fitting for the tank.
